Relating to the supply of the service to you (the Customer) by T.T.S. S.r.l. Company (the Company), Both Parties recognise sufficient capacity and authority, legal or otherwise, to enter into this Agreement and declare that they accept and agree with the obligations, rights and conditions set out herein on the date above.
The service provided by the Company includes the provision of sightseeing tour by passenger-carrying vehicles, passenger-carrying riverboats, and guided tour on foot.
Though the content of the website are available in a variety of languages, tickets/vouchers and confirmation emails will be only generated in Italian and English. All communication from the Company and to the Company is required in Italian or English.
E-TICKETS
Customer's purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by the way of e-tickets.
Online e-tickets are bought on the understanding that the ticket confirmation are pre-paid vouchers which must be redeemed for a valid ticket to travel on board.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded by the Company.( )
All e-tickets must be printed before arrival (only paper printed voucher will be accepted)
In order to verify genuine e-tickets, Customers will need to bring the printed copy with them to present to the onboard Company staff or at any boarding point with the Credit Card used to make the purchase or a valid photo ID of the "Lead Traveller/Passeggero Principale" whose name is printed on the e-ticket.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any e-ticket presented without either credit card or photo ID.
TICKETS TO TRAVEL
Customers must keep their tickets safe, and must be available for any inspection by official Company staff at any time:
- Tickets do not guarantee a seat, seats cannot be booked and the access on board is subject to availability
- Ticket validity (24 or 48 hours) starts at the time of Customers first boarding; at ticket expiration Customers must leave the tour at the next available stop.
CHILDREN
A child is defined as in the ticket class at time of purchase.
Child tickets are available for Children aged from 6-10 years.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all time.
Children below 6 may travel for free as long as the child does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.
SERVICE
The Company will make any effort to maintain a regular service, to provide departure points and to respect departure timetable as accurate as possible.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. demonstrations, traffic suspension, directions of local authorities for security reasons and so on) and with the only obligation of refunding the cost of the online bought e-ticket if the service has not been supplied.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss of personal items which are left on our vehicles, or any damage caused by third parties to personal items of the Customers during the tours.
For safety reasons all Customers on the upper floor are required to remain seated while the bus is in motion., and with the seat-belt fastened.
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on board and at our discretion we may require any person to alight from the service if we deem his/her conduct constitutes a risk to the safety of other passengers, with no further liability.
We will be able to supply a more satisfactory assistance if customers refer problems during the stay. We will not accept any complaint or refund claim if the inefficiency occurred is not reported to us during the stay or within 15 days from the day the supposed inefficiency occurred.
